Same day shipping if the order is placed before 16:00h.
If it is later than 16:00h, the shipment is made the next day.

National market

  1. If the item is not in stock, the shipment will be made in a maximum of 48 hours.
  2. Shipments to the Canary Islands in 48 hours.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

International market

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The return policy is 30 days from the product purchase date.If the product to be returned is in good condition, with no apparent damage and with the product packaging unopened, a full refund of the product amount will be made through the same payment method of the order. The amount is only credited if a return is made within the allowed 30 natural days.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days after reception of the returned product.

To proceed with a return, access the section of your Customer Area called "Merchandise returns" or through the following link: https://shop.avinent.com/en/module/av_returns/returns. In the drop-down menu of the "Product" field you can search or select from the list the products to be returned, only products purchased in the last 30 natural days will appear, thus complying with our return policy. 

Once all the fields have been filled in, the request will first appear with the status "Pending approval". Subsequently, the customer must send the product(s) to be returned to Avinent's address. The return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, who can choose the carrier and shipping method. The customer will have to assume the return shipping costs. In the case of processing it with a transport company, the cost can vary between 7 € in shipments of Spain and with express collection.

The products must arrive at Avinent's facilities within 10 working days from the day of the return request. You will be able to follow the status of the return in the "Merchandise returns" section, where the request will appear with the new status of "Return approved", in case the refund is accepted, or "Return cancelled", in case the return does not meet some of the requirements mentioned above.
In case the return is cancelled, we will contact you to inform the reason and indicate the steps to recover the product. In case you want to recover the returned product, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
